Your contribution: Within the Group Procurement Organization, you are globally responsible for the Direct and Indirect spend inside the Software Category and manage the development of the category as well as the implementation of the relevant sourcing strategy. You will promote complex strategic initiatives and end-to-end procurement processes for Software, delivering value beyond the financial contribution, especially in procurement market innovations that contribute to digitalization. With your colleagues and your senior stakeholders, you are able to develop and work in an effective, trustful, and personal relationship. Together with relevant business contacts, you align your strategies and act as a trusted advisor to them to initiate strategic initiatives. You will develop and manage strategic supplier relationships and be responsible for the entire sourcing to contracting process in your area of responsibility, from managing business needs, defining sourcing strategies and selecting suppliers to leading negotiations. You will leverage your extensive experience in negotiating and managing high-value contracts with industry leaders such as Microsoft, VMware, Broadcom, Oracle, and SAP, showcasing your track record of successful achievements in securing favorable terms and fostering long-term partnerships with external and internal stakeholders What you bring along: Several years of practical experience in procurement, particularly in software and technology sectors, with international and cross-functional experience in a global matrix organization. Proven track record in negotiating large, strategic contracts with software providers and successful project implementations. Strong, extroverted personality with the ability to collaborate daily with internal leaders and optimize global procurement strategy. Completed degree in business administration or IT; full professional proficiency in German and English, additional languages are an advantage. Willingness to change, exceptional communication skills, and commercial awareness, as well as the ability to act as a business partner for senior management.
