We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Issuer Outreach and Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with the product head and analysts to position Scope as the leading European agency with issuers across different asset classes. Duties & responsibilities
* Collaborate with product head to develop and implement strategies that position Scope as a leading European Credit Agencies among their main US peers.
* Find rating opportunities across Corporates, Financial Institutions and Public Sector with focus on the Central Region.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investment banks, capital market participants, rating advisors and other industry stakeholders.
* Develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Stay updated with the European Rating regulatory and provide insights to the team.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all outreach and recognition efforts are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
Professional & personal qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
* Proven experience in financial markets, with a focus on issuer contacts and debt capital market.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
* Understanding of the Capital Markets and its dynamics.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
* Proficiency in German and English is a must. Further multilingual skills are highly desirable.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
