Project Manager (m/f/d) - Building Construction / High Tech Projects
Your Responsibilities
Leading a project team in future market construction projects such as data centers, battery factories, or other mission-critical facilities in Germany or the neighboring European countries.
Engage in acquisition activities, lead tender or Preconstruction efforts and ensure successful project win
Full responsibility for the successful project delivery including responsibility for health and safety, and all technical, financial, qualitative, scheduling, organizational, and contractual aspects
Full accountability for revenue, costs and positive project results
Holistic project management, including coordination and oversight of all services provided by internal and external project stakeholders
Your Profile
Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Several years of hands-on experience in the construction of data centers or similar advanced technology facilities with high MEP content
Extensive experience in implementing international health and safety standards in German / international projects, with a strong commitment to the “Safety First” principle
Strong leadership skills, motivation, and dedication
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
Flexibility and willingness to travel for project assignments within Germany and Europe
