Job Description During your internship you will learn to develop and implement community engagement strategies that attract and retain members, and gain insight into community management best practices. You will create and curate engaging content for our community platforms, enhancing your writing and content creation skills while understanding audience preferences. In addition you will also monitor community interactions and respond to inquiries, developing your communication and interpersonal skills in a professional setting. You will help organize and promote virtual and physical events and workshops, gaining experience in event planning and execution. Furthermore, you will collaborate with community managers to gather feedback and insights from the community, learning how to analyze community needs and inform future initiatives. Analyze community engagement metrics to understand trends and patterns, developing your analytical skills and ability to make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Education: currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Software Engineering or comparable Experience and Knowledge: familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Atlassian Confluence, Microsoft PowerPoint favorable, previous experience in community management or software engineering is a plus, but not required Personality and Working Practice: self-motivated and -organized, creative and able to work independently Work Routine: mostly digitally and remote, monthly on-site exchanges Enthusiasm: passion for technology, software development, and community building.
