As our Senior Product Designer your key responsibilities will be the following:
* You own and lead the user experience and design of the reev products and work side-by-side with Engineers and Product Managers - from discovery to execution - to take the product to next level.
* You contribute to the disruption of existing products and strive for a product that stands out with respect to its usability.
* You create small visualisations and interactive prototypes to communicate your product ideas and are able to clearly explain and justify your design choices.
* You create high-fidelity designs that align with product goals and user expectations.
* By engaging with our users on a very frequent basis (e.g. user interviews, user testing), you ensure our products are routed in a deep understanding of the variety of our users.
* You leverage qualitative and quantitative insights in making design and product decisions.
* You develop and maintain design system and principles for a consistent, scalable and accessible user experience along the journey.
* You join forces with our Marketing Designer Raphael to create a consistent reev experience across all touch-points.
* You scale our design operations across our working student and external design agencies.
What you bring along
* 5+ years as a UX / UI Designer in software, preferably for B2B SaaS products
* A strong portfolio showcasing your problem-solving skills and capabilities in creating user-centric, intuitive and innovative design
* Big curiosity in users, but also emerging technologies and how they can inform design work
* Desire to challenge and disrupt the status quo
* High attention to detail and design excellence
* Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
* Strong communication and facilitation skills, written and verbal in English
* German B2 level - you should feel comfortable to do user interviews in German
