As part of the global commercial and marketing team, the task for the Senior Global Marketing Manager is to work closely with our local marketing teams around the globe, providing them with centrally created ceiling marketing initiatives and content, balancing global consistency with local relevance to meet diverse target audiences.
What you will be doing:
1. Coordinate global marketing initiatives for local partner market integration, detect and drive synergies across them.
2. Define and manage KPI’s for local activities and develop processes and tools for knowledge transfer, competitor analysis, and marketing planning.
3. Grow and maintain the image of Knauf as the leading ceilings solutions vendor through local marketing communications, aligning with our global brand positioning and integrating global brand strategy into local market business strategies.
4. Contribute to local omnichannel communication strategies across various platforms, including PR, social media, web, exhibitions, and performance marketing.
5. Adapt and contribute to strategies for local marketing activities and sales organizations for introducing new products or solutions in our local markets.
6. Lobby for and consult on the inclusion of ceiling specific content in the overall marketing plans of the global markets where ceilings are one part of their overall portfolio.
7. Drive global lead generation campaigns across all markets.
What we would love for you to bring to the team:
1. Degree in marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, within an international matrix organization and proven track record in driving global marketing initiatives towards local market acceptance.
3. Strong project management skills and experience in multi-channel campaigns.
4. Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence relevant stakeholders.
5. Hands-on mentality with a strategic and results-orientated teamwork style.
6. Strategic, results-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to marketing.
7. Detail-oriented, reliable, and goal-driven with excellent organizational skills.
8. Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.

This role is based in Munich with travel as needed to support projects and initiatives. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer Partner Markets.
