This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring you to spend 2 days each week at the World Trade Center Barcelona, one of the city’s top business locations, and 3 days working remotely for added flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Consultation and Strategic Advice : Help clients maximize their use of Google Ads by offering personalized marketing strategies and sales guidance tailored to their unique needs. Create targeted campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes. Client Relationship Development : Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with German-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services. Sales Opportunities : Identify growth prospects within existing accounts, recommending additional Google Ads solutions that align with clients’ business goals. Campaign Performance Improvement : Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI). Team Collaboration : Collaborate with colleagues in sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure clients receive top-notch service. Reporting and Analysis : Regularly provide clients with performance reports and valuable insights, showcasing the success of their advertising efforts. Ideal Candidate Profile: Native-level German speaker with excellent communication skills in both German and English. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising (familiarity with Google Ads is a strong advantage). Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and campaign management. Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
