Head of Team Turbine Compliance (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
1. Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Turbine Compliance group
2. Coordination of the team in conducting design risk assessments and evaluating product safety throughout the entire product lifecycle
3. Organization of the provision of compliance requirements for product development and evaluation of their implementation
4. Support in the development and implementation of processes for product conformity
5. Provision of new national and international regulatory requirements for product developments
6. Collaboration with other departments and program management to ensure all products meet legal and regulatory requirements
Your Qualifications
1. Completed studies in engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
2. Several years of professional experience in conducting design risk assessments and evaluating technical product compliance
3. Knowledge and practical experience with CE marking processes and requirements
4. Knowledge of relevant national and international standards and guidelines
5. Additional qualifications in technical compliance and initial leadership experience are advantageous
6. Strong communication and organizational skills paired with very good English skills; good German skills are desirable
7. Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and intercultural competence are required
