The Opportunity
For more than 15 years, Worldline has been developing solutions for the German health card, the electronic patient file and the telematics infrastructure at its Aachen location. Solutions that we continually develop for our customers, such as health insurance companies, and operate in our highly secure German data centers.
In this context, we are looking for a Service Manager who is able to technically plan, support and further develop existing and future services.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Support in the planning and preparation of offers for new services and services
- Participation in the definition of system design and system architecture through to the adoption of the solution into production operations and service
- Support in daily service with our customers
- Creation of security concepts as well as obtaining and maintaining the approvals necessary for the operation of services in the German healthcare system
Who Are We Looking For

- You are fluent in text and business in the German language and speak and understand English at a high technical level
- Have knowledge and professional experience in the areas of design, architecture and operation of Linux systems.
- in the best case scenario, you have already worked on projects related to the German healthcare system based on gematik's requirements, created security concepts and accompanied audits
