About This Position
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading and expanding the sales operations for Kaytus products and solutions across Germany. This role involves strategic oversight of the sales team, spearheading business development, and fostering client relationships to drive sales growth.
Your Tasks
1. Lead and mentor the sales team in achieving sales targets and fostering long-term business relationships with key accounts.
2. Oversee the development and execution of strategic sales plans to enhance market presence and penetrate new market segments.
3. Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with business objectives.
4. Coordinate with Field Application Engineers and Product Managers to tailor innovative product solutions that meet client demands.
5. Analyze market trends and sales data to continually refine sales strategies and practices.
6. Ensure the team's adherence to sales forecasts and budgets, providing regular performance reports to senior management.
Your Profile
1. You possess a university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field, coupled with extensive experience in IT and cloud industry sales leadership.
2. Proven track record of leading sales teams and successfully managing large customer projects within the server and storage industry.
3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and strategic planning.
4. Fluent in English and German, with business proficiency essential for effective leadership and client interaction.
