Therefore, to strengthen and further develop the human rights due diligence in our global value chain, we are seeking to recruit a Human Rights Manager Supply Chain (f/m/d).
In this position you will be empowered to drive the enforcement of human rights, social and environmental due diligence requirements for the global scope of Heidelberg Materials Group's suppliers. You will have an exciting cross-functional coordination role in an international setting and the key to your success will be the collaboration with the procurement and various other functions on Group level. Beyond the overall coordination task regarding supplier due diligence, the management of human rights within the global supply chain will be the core of your responsibility.
You will be part of the Group Compliance & Data Protection team which drives and further develops globally the areas of compliance, human rights and data protection. You will report directly to the Head of Compliance & Data Protection. The position is located in Heidelberg, Germany.
