What you will do to help drive energy transition:
1. You will lead, motivate, assess, and develop a team of two Business Development Managers and one Sales Account Manager.
2. You will supervise and support new growth partnerships to increase revenue and enhance brand positioning.
3. You will prepare for and participate in industry fairs related to e-mobility, PV, storage, and new energy models across GM Markets (Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland).
4. You will work on Hardware products (SB-10, SB-10 Perfomance, Flexstack).
5. You will proactively manage the escalated issues including but not limited to after sales, technical support, marketing, customers, or processes.
6. You will build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders to coordinate the execution of new product launches (hardware & software), market entries, and services.
7. You will prepare relevant documents for internal communication and reporting.
8. You will collaborate with the marketing manager on promotional campaigns, lead quality follow-ups, and activities supporting product launches to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
9. You will contribute to refining the "go to market" strategy by collaborating with market intelligence, assessing market feasibility, and prospecting new partners.
What you will need on that journey:
10. You have 5+ years of professional experience (Sales expertise and Business Development activities).
11. You have successfully completed university studies.
12. Ideally you have technical experience in storage, PV or any relevant technical/hardware expertise.
13. Ideally you bring some knowledge of the energy industry.
14. You have a deep sales understanding and entrepreneurial thinking.
15. You are willing to travel to visit partners in Europe.
16. You speak fluent English, and adittional language is a benefit.
