For our European headquarter in Ratingen (near Düsseldorf), we are looking for an European Product Manager – Consumer Imaging B2C (Instax) (f/m/d) You will focus on contributing to the overall growth of profitable instax sales throughout Europe via Fujifilm Sales entities and where relevant, distributors. You will have a key role by leading many central tasks in order to grow the market share of the instant camera and the instant smart phone printer market, whilst also supporting in expanding the product range and services as well as the B2B offering for instax. This will be achieved through product and pricing management, overall stock management, market analysis and reporting, product knowledge and understanding the main markets and drivers across Europe. Create / present and gain internal agreement for the Product / Price / Promotional plan (following Global & European guidelines) for each financial year Understanding the market data to utilise guidance from the Japanese Head Office to create a European product / price / promotional plan which both maximises Fujifilm's revenue and operating profit whilst protecting / developing our market share in the relevant markets. To then gain buy in from the relevant stakeholders for this plan. Maintain relevant internal pricing documentation. To work with the European Accessories Product Manager to agree the bespoke product bundling requirements within each year. Supply Chain Management Working between FUJIFILM Europe B.V. and Fujifilm's Headquarters in Tokyo to oversee the European stock position for instax and approve order levels / stock levels to ensure supply is maximised whilst hitting relevant stock holding KPI levels. Where products are on an allocation process to oversee this, and ensure that the relevant guidance is given to supply chain colleagues. Trading Challenges To investigate any potential internal price noncompliance and communicate with Sales entities to ensure they are working in a compliant manner. B2B - instax To support the ongoing development of B2B business for instax. This involves working with Marketing to ensure the relevant assets are available, to liaise with Sales entities on their ongoing development of this area, potential handle any central opportunities and provide relevant reporting to Tokyo. Product To become the “product expert” for all instax products and therefore develop the ability to answer any internal questions. Reporting as required Monthly reporting on key areas, and additional interim /ad hoc reports depending on subject and need. Ensure that the sales entities of the company (Fujifilm subsidiaries) and distributors have the right product and price information. Ensuring that all entities are up to speed with information and dealing with various questions and requests is essential to the role. A Business related university degree or equivalent Experience in a similar role for min. three years in product management and/or Sales Excellent commercial / analytical skills Experience to interpret data and make relevant recommendations Ability to create accurate reports as well as engaging presentations Able to present products / market data / commercial information clearly and concisely Clear communicator who makes and develops relationships at all levels both internally and externally Good oral and written English skills Ability to understand financial reporting Some experience of imaging marketplace or consumer electronics is preferable We offer an exciting work environment, diverse tasks with highly international work.
