Manager Controlling Group and Cross Divisions (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:
* You will take over process responsibility for the strategic and operational planning, forecasting and reporting of the HARTMANN Group. This includes the definition of methods, content, schedules, templates and communication to all process participants
* As a business partner (analyst & cost manager) you support global managers for specific customer groups and divisions in all controlling issues
* You are responsible for carrying out cross-divisional country and Group analyses
* You contribute to the continuous development of controlling processes
* You take on the governance role for controlling topics and mapping business cases at the interface to the PLM process (Product Lifecycle Management) and the transformation program
* You initiate cross-divisional standardization and training measures and are responsible for preparing and conducting training sessions and presentations
Qualifications:
* You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling/accounting or a comparable qualification
* You have several years of professional experience in controlling at an international industrial company
* Good knowledge of MS Office and experience in SAP-CO/FI and SAP-BW/BI are a plus
* Your analytical skills, strategic thinking and high willingness to learn characterize you
* You have strong communication skills, including moderation and presentation skills
* You are characterized by a strong commitment to setting standards and an assertive way of acting
* Good stakeholder management and argumentation skills as well as a high level of service orientation complete your profile
* You are fluent in German and proficient in written and spoken English
