We’re looking for an experienced User Success Specialist with excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Your goal will be to accompany our users on their journey with YAZIO by helping them with any questions or problems they have along the way.

This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.
Your Mission
1. Create the best possible YAZIO experience for our French and international users by resolving their questions and problems about the app and its features
2. Be the link between YAZIO and our users and provide individual and solution-oriented support in writing across all points of customer contact, e.g. support tickets or app store reviews
3. Help continuously improve the YAZIO app by learning about our users’ needs and communicating them to stakeholders in the company
4. Create and manage content for our Help Center
5. Inform other departments about possible app bugs and technical problems
Your Profile
6. Excellent written communication skills in French and English
7. Knowledge of another language (preferably Italian, Portuguese or Spanish) is a big plus
8. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
9. You’re tech-savvy and know your way around a smartphone
10. Experience in a service-oriented position is a plus
11. Interest in fitness and nutrition is a plus
12. Available preferably 40 hours (per week)
