Key Account Manager - IND. For this specific role, we are looking for a Key Account Manager who develop relationships & sales to large consultants and specifying companies in Europe. You will be part of the Grundfos Industry division, Europe with direct report to Area Sales Director, Ramzi Nassif. What is the job about? As Key Account Manager, IND Europe will develop the market within EPS/EPC across Europe specifically targeting companies with pan Europe presence. You manage key customer accounts, develop new business, and serve as the go-to expert for our sales team in how to develop the EPS/EPC market. Furthermore, you manage the budget and profitability within these accounts. Your main responsibilities: Develop and implement a penetration plan to increase Grundfosu2019s share of wallet within these specific accounts. Provide both commercial and technical support. Train and coach, the distributors team to help them grow their accounts. Collect valuable market intelligence and offer meaningful insights to the business. Secure sales on large opportunities by securing a return on investment for the end user. Participate in marketing events and new product launches. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed. About you You excel in a matrix organization, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate and thrive in such environments. To succeed in this role, you are customer-oriented and good at building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. You do not give up easily, even in challenging situations. Collaboration is one of your key strengths, and with your adaptable mindset you embrace new challenges with enthusiasm. Furthermore, we imagine that you have: Extensive relevant experience within a technical sales role in a European country. Bacheloru2019s degree in engineering/automatization/process industry or commercial degree combined with extensive experience within technical sales. Experience from working in a large international organization. Strong analytical skills and capable of understand complex industrial applications and processes.
