The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing on new top restaurants and driving internal processes to set up clients for success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Closing deals with restaurant partners by overseeing the end-to-end sales process
* Negotiating contracts and establishing a strong working relationship with partners, ensuring balanced economics for both parties
* Communicating the value of Uber Eats and its newest products versus competitors
* Designing and improving processes to ensure Uber Eats' success at large scale
* Selecting top restaurants in the area
Requirements:
* Confidence in building strong relationships with partners and winning new business over the phone and in person
* Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication skills and ability to get people excited
* Poise and organization in a fast-paced work environment
* Proficiency in German and English
Preferred Qualifications:
* Initial experience in sales (tech/non-tech, retail, tourism)
* Sourcing, negotiating, and driving contracts to closure
* Travel readiness within Greater Berlin Area
