This role is pivotal in developing and implementing strategic sales plans, driving business growth, and fostering strong relationships with our customers across Europe.What we are looking for:Experience: Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development with focus on products and services such as biorepository services and archiving solutionsKnowledge: Deep understanding of the industry and such areas as biorepository or archiving solutions, ideally education in the field of Life Sciences, Biopharmaceuticals, Biotechnology or equivalentSkills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor approaches to different customer interactions. Strong organizational skills to drive projects forward and manage customer interactions professionally.Competencies: Ability to create and sustain profitable customer partnerships, coach teams, and develop long-term organizational goals. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to synthesize and integrate sales data from multiple sources to inform management decisions.
