Responsibilities:
1. You will independently coordinate the entire recruiting process (appointments, invitations, rejections, etc.)
2. The administration of the applicant tool is part of your daily tasks
3. You will attend job interviews for interns / theses after the initial training
4. You will independently administrate the area of interns / theses (e.g., drawing up contracts, works council hearings, onboarding and offboarding processes)
5. Act as the first contact person (f/m/d) and contribute your own ideas for the further development of our processes
6. You will organize the Freudenberg-wide regular student meeting
7. As part of the local HR department, you will gain a comprehensive insight into operational HR work and current projects
Qualifications:
8. You are studying economics or comparable (ideally with a focus on Human Resources)
9. You are characterised by an independent, committed and reliable way of working
10. Good comprehension, communication skills and trustworthiness are among your strengths
11. You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office
12. Very good knowledge of German and English written and spoken
13. The internship is a compulsory part of your studies and lasts at least 5 months according to the study regulations
