What you'll do
* Confidently partner with the business to identify their needs in all areas of HR
* Trusted to provide excellent judgement and advice to managers and colleagues throughout the business
* Lead the Company’s delivery of Colleague Wellness, Charity partnerships, Accreditations and Colleague Engagement
* Lead the Global Mobility function of the company
* Work alongside specialist teams (C&B, Recruitment, L&D, Systems, Comms) to create solutions
What you'll need
* Motivated and a strong communicator with judgement and initiative
* Ability to stand in for Human Resources Senior Manager in their absence
* Experience with working alongside business leaders in a Western Company and demonstrating commercial understanding
* Comfortable working in a fast paced company
* Strong coaching and relationship building skills
* Detailed, organized and results-driven
* Cantonese language skills are beneficial
