Amazing Products Stationary proportioning Our stationary proportioners are a key element to industrial fire extinguishing systems. Operators worldwide rely on our purely mechanical equipment – which is independent of electricity and emergency power supply – if it is about precise and reliable foam agent proportioning into the extinguishing water. Monitors for firefiighting FireDos monitors are fit for firefighting with water or foam and deliver thousands of liters of water per minute, reaching 150 meters and more. The innovative, flow-optimized 'Oval Flat Design' ensures minimum pressure loss, enabling maximum throw & reach for the monitors. Main tasks • Support the VP of Sales and Sales Manager in their communication with customers, interested parties, and U.S. sales partners. • Order clarification and execution with the sales team and head quarter in Germany. • Prepare and submit quotations and technical documentation to clients, sales partners and interested parties. • Follow up of submitted quotations. • Organize international shipments from Germany to the U.S. • Project management and technical support for individual orders. • Document entry in the ERP system, interface to the customer. • Identify industry specific trade shows and organize FireDos’ participation. • Support the VP of Sales and Sales Manager in their research for projects and trends in the North American market. • Support in marketing and sales activities. • Daily office organization. Your profile Knowledge of • business administration and basics of business economics. • MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) • non-Microsoft ERP systems • required: work visa or green card Experience in • office organization. • the fire protection industry. • customer relationships in an environment of technical investment products. • working in a technical environment. • executing shipments, domestic and import • the organization of trade shows Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
