About our client
Our client is a leading company in the field of project management, client representation and engineering planning with over thousands of employees, for the company in Regensburg we are looking for a Project Manager(full-time position).
Qualifications and knowledge:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, state-certified technician or comparable qualification
- Min. 5 years of professional experience as a project manager and/or Construction manager
- Personal responsibility in the coordination of the trades
- Basic knowledge of HOAI and VOB
- Confident use of CAD tools and AVA
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and initiative
- Regular presence at various project locations
- Proficient in German and English
- Driving license class B
Duties and responsibilities:
- Project management and coordination of construction projects
- International project responsibility
- Support in the implementation of projects and ensuring compliance with quality standards as well as cost and time controlling
- Close collaboration with internal and external project participants
