As a Product Owner Digital Health Solutions (f/m/d), you will play a key role in defining and implementing innovative digital services in healthcare. Your work will directly contribute to HARTMANN?s digital transformation, improving care for nursing home residents through data-driven solutions. You will shape the product strategy, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high standards in usability, compliance, and customer value.
Responsibilities:
* Define and drive the strategic vision for digital health services, aligning with business goals
* Engage with customers to gather requirements and translate them into innovative digital health solutions
* Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create digital products that meet customer needs
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain technical documentation and conformity assessments
* Drive design for useability and work closely with users to optimize UX
* Coordinate with marketing, IT, and customer service departments to align product development with business strategies
* Manage supplier relationships and oversee the procurement process for digital health solutions
* Develop and execute training materials and customer support plans to ensure successful product adoption
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
Qualification:
* Master's degree in Digital Business, Healthcare Management, (computer) science or a related field
* Proven experience in product ownership or product management, preferably in the digital health or medical device industry.
* Knowledge of digital market trends and innovations, preferably in telecare or digital health services.
* Experience with health economics or regulatory requirements for digital health solutions is an advantage
* Excellent project management and organizational skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Fluent in English, at least B2 German language skills. Other languages are considered an advantage
