Project Scheduler We are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to join our team to support the growing workload of large-scale pharmaceutical projects. In this role, you’ll develop, coordinate, and manage project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Design, Construction Management, and Commissioning & Qualification, playing a crucial role throughout the project life cycle. Ideal Candidate Profile: We are seeking candidates with 5-10 years of project scheduling experience, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry. Ideally, you’ve managed 2-3 large capital projects from design through construction and commissioning phases, achieving success in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Client & Team Coordination : Build effective relationships with clients and project teams, aligning on project goals, objectives, and timelines. Project Scheduling & Controls : Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and project control tools that track and monitor milestones and project progress. Critical Path Management : Identify and analyze critical path activities to ensure project targets are met, reporting any potential risks to the project management team. Scheduling Software Expertise : Use Primavera P6 and MS Project to manage schedules, create regular performance reports, and update teams. Constructability Reviews : Provide input to project constructability reviews, aligning schedules with practical execution plans. Resource & Performance Planning : Determine and allocate resource requirements and provide regular performance updates to identify variances and corrective actions. Qualifications: Education : Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience : 5-10 years of experience in project scheduling, with 2-3 major pharmaceutical capital projects completed. Skills : Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Languages : Fluent in English and proficient in German. Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication, time management, and decision-making skills; a self-starter capable of independent decision-making.
