Real Estate & Facility Management Project Manager Initial 12 month contract option to extend Hamburg, Germany (onsite at least 4 days/week, preferably 5 days/week) English and German speaking Responsibilities: - Independently plan renovation projects (office, laboratories, and possibly clean rooms) together with external partners / planners and implement them in coordination with all stakeholders - Support of renovation, maintenance, and modernization projects together with external planning firms -Interface between internal stakeholders/users and external companies (specialist planners, service providers) -Cost planning and tracking -Close collaboration with/management of service providers/suppliers, including regular meetings -Implementation of tendering and award processes -Internal communication within the scope of projects Experience required: - Affinity to / previous knowledge in the area of technical systems / installations in Facility Management -Project management experience is essential -A high level of general understanding of all specific trades is necessary, such as: E.g., electrical, IT, air conditioning, etc. -Technical contact with construction expertise in the area of modernization, expansion, and renovation measures -Knowledge of work phases and VOB regulations, warranties, and maintenance intervals to support TGA project management and renovation projects -MS Office, including Teams and SharePoint -Good self-organization, structured work, ability to work in a team, stress resistance -Enjoyment of optimization and structuring
