Your main tasks are: Reviewing and monitoring projects, framework, and service contracts of a defined size during the offer, negotiation, and execution phases. Preparing independent opinions for upper management and other leadership levels. Independently conducting offer and execution reviews of operational projects according to specified standards and creating transparent reports for management. Conducting project audits in collaboration with internal and external auditors as well as other departments. Detailed analysis and commentary on deviations between planned and actual performance in national and international projects. Identifying, evaluating, and clearly presenting current project risks, as well as developing appropriate countermeasures in collaboration with those responsible. Contributing to the optimization and further development of internal project standards and supporting tools. Preparing quarterly reports and assisting in the preparation of KPI and annual reports. Our requirements are: Completed studies in the field of economics, industrial engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification. In depth knowledge of technical and commercial project management as well as project and contract controlling. Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in auditing, controlling, or project management. Understanding of risks and opportunities in project business and the ability to provide precise assessments and recommendations. Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution oriented approach. Ability to present complex issues concisely and clearly, both in writing and verbally. High level of initiative, independence, and reliability. Teamwork skills and experience in working with interdisciplinary and international team
