Ihre Aufgaben
* Manage global Supply Chain Operations for assigned work-packages from forecasting to payment (P2P)
* Act as Project Manager, interfacing with suppliers and leading multi-functional teams to meet contractual deliverables
* Serve as the focal point for work-packages, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Support Procurement in sourcing and contracting, assessing supplier risks, and negotiating terms for new products
* Ensure supplier readiness through capacity audits and capability assessments
* Monitor and improve supplier performance using key performance indicators throughout the product lifecycle
* Manage supplier risks, opportunities, and obsolescence with early warning systems and mitigation plans
* Support Supply Chain Quality to ensure compliance with EASA Part 21-G and EN9100 standards
Unsere Anforderungen
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration (or equivalent)
* Several years of experience in supply chain or technical project management, including several years in a tech-driven industry (aerospace or automotive)
* Experience in New Product Introduction and serial production
* Knowledge of ERP systems
* Fluent in English
* Strong communication and leadership skills, able to build trust and lead workshops
* Adaptable to a rapidly changing start-up environment, team-oriented and resilient
* Proactive problem-solver with a can-do mindset
* Willingness to travel within the EU and globally (max. once per month)
