We are looking for an enthusiastic Visiting Investment Team Fellow (m/f/d) to join our investment team in Frankfurt and get involved across all investment activities for 6 months. While we welcome diverse profiles and backgrounds, we require a genuine interest in tech innovation and the startup industry. Fluent in English and German language is a must, starting date earliest February 2025.
Aufgaben
* Conduct market research and keeping up to date with current industry trends and the competitive landscape
* Perform financial and commercial due diligence to support decision making
* Participate in all aspects of investment related processes and the preparation of transaction documents
* Take on specific tasks to interact with our portfolio companies, analyze performance indicators and monitor the development of the portfolio
* Be hands-on in daily operations and function as an intersection across departments (e.g. finance, marketing, etc.)
* Contribute to building a best-in-class growth capital investor by taking on additional ownership of multiple initiatives
Qualifikation
* Passionate about disruptive technologies, entrepreneurship, and innovative business models
* Graduated from a renowned University with an outstanding academic track-record (either in your gap-year or currently pursuing a graduate degree) in e.g., business management, computer science, engineering, etc.
* Experience in venture capital, private equity, top-tier consulting and/or investment banking
* Startup experience is a plus (founder, growth, product)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and German language is a must)
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
* International and multicultural mindset
