YOUR MISSION
1. Advise and consult senior leaders and managers in your area of responsibility on P&C-related topics at eye level and act as a trustful sparring partner
2. Implement and drive HR core processes and programs, manage employee relations, consult on legal matters, and ensure competent employer representation in discussions and negotiations with the Workers Council
3. Develop and implement people-centric plans and strategies to meet business requirements through a strong understanding of how to attract, develop and retain talent in close collaboration with the leaders, managers, and other key stakeholders
4. Represent Matrix42’s company culture and values internally and externally, accompany change and help to drive employee engagement
5. Manage and deploy HR projects and lead change initiatives
MUST HAVES
6. Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the IT industry
7. Knowledge of practices, trends and tools used in HR, especially with regards to talent and performance management including learning and development, employee engagement and organizational development
8. Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset
9. Great consulting and coaching skills
10. Ability to analyze and use data for decision making
11. Exceptional listening skills and ability to influence and coach leaders and employees on all levels
12. Flexibility - adapts to new challenges quickly and demonstrates a positive can-do attitude
13. Advanced knowledge of German labor law and experience in working with the Works Council
14. Ability to work independently
15. Team player and an active member of both business and HR teams
16. Experience in managing projects
17. Fluency in German and English, in both written and verbal form

18. Preferably knowledge of international Labor Law
