Position: Customer Service Agent
Role: Customer Service Associate
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the customer order fulfillment process by identifying, recording and maintaining all appropriate customer, product and delivery information.
2. Make tailor-made solutions towards existing and prospect customers by proposing solutions, taking quality and pricing into account.
3. Organize shipments from A-Z and ensure a high level of quality at the best price.
4. Strict implementation of the customer process.
5. Manage and coordinate activities of drivers and suppliers.
6. Service follow-up by indicating possible anomalies that may occur during the transport and finding the best way to solve or limit the consequences.
7. Be an entrepreneur and communicate to the Branch Manager strategies to improve the quality of our service.
Minimum Requirements:
* Secondary education in Logistics and Transport or Business.
* Experience in the field of transport required.
* Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
* Willing to work in shifts (06:00-20:00 hours) from Monday to Friday.
* Experience in the position (Logistics) requested.
