Responsibilities
•Confidently advise top management on organizational, cultural development, and change management measures, and implement these strategies effectively.
•Initiate, manage, and execute company-wide or departmental strategic change projects.
•Develop tailored change architectures and facilitate dialogue formats with management.
•Oversee and strategically deploy survey instruments for organizational development processes.
•Implement personnel diagnostics and development measures and support coaching processes.
Your Profile
•You hold a degree (Diploma/Master) in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
•You speak fluently English and German
•You have extensive professional experience in change management, organizational development, or project management, ideally with a focus on agile transformation.
•You combine expertise in managing cultural and digital transformation processes with a strong knowledge of modern change management methods and agile practices to drive sustainable company changes.
•You bring comprehensive experience in developing and implementing personnel development tools, including coaching processes and succession management.
•You excel in analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to convey complex relationships clearly and appropriately to inform and persuade stakeholders effectively.
•You are open to digital processes, highly goal- and team-oriented, and demonstrate adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
