HR Manager - Relations & Development (m/f/d)

In this position as HR Manager (part-time 24h/week, limited to 2 years), you will act as an inspiring and reliable partner for our specialists and managers throughout the entire employee life cycle from entry to exit.
YOUR TASKS
* You support and advise on operational and strategic HR topics with a clear understanding of our business, our goals and challenges
* You help to find flexible and pragmatic solutions for changing requirements from and to our colleagues
* You use management metrics, dashboards and feedback tools to identify trends, influence decisions and derive meaningful actions
* You support our managers in personnel development topics with the help of our competency model, our personnel development tools and our learning formats
* You identify and promote our talents and their development potential together with the managers
* You influence the skills development of our managers with a view to the challenges of the hybrid and digital working world
YOUR PROFILE
* You have a degree in economics, social sciences, law, psychology or a comparable qualification
* You have several years of relevant professional experience in HR support and have acquired in-depth HR generalist knowledge as well as very good knowledge of employment law
* You have very good advisory skills, sound judgment and communication characterized by clarity, empathy and diplomatic skills
* You are familiar with dealing with complex structures and issues and can handle ambiguity well
* You have the ability and courage to question the status quo, shape change and influence decisions
* Very good German and English skills round off your profile
