Assortment Management:
1. Create a superior customer experience with the right assortment
2. Use analytics and planning to enhance workflow and drive sales
3. Monitor and adjust clustering, plan inventory strategically
4. Coordinate product lifecycle management with countries
5. Identify new opportunities and develop Go-to-Market strategies
6. Lead coordination projects between countries
Monitoring & Reporting:
7. Enhance reporting capabilities and improve KPIs
8. Align financial and commercial KPIs across countries
Pricing & Demand Management:
9. Implement pricing and demand management to optimize processes
10. Support pricing and demand management targets
Operational Steering:
11. Analyze data to identify trends in IT areas
12. Define and align strategies with stakeholders
13. Manage performance indicators and align with company goals
14. Implement international standards and frameworks
15. Develop and execute communication strategies
16. Maintain a business plan for product categories
17. Enhance customer journeys and experiences
18. Standardize market and category insights
19. Collaborate with vendors to increase turnover and profit
20. Create a commercial calendar and governance model
21. Define the rhythm and content for category reviews
Your Profile
22. Degree in economics, business administration or similar qualification
23. Several years of professional experience as a category manager or similar role, preferably within the IT consumer electronics sector
24. Experience with market research and in business data analytics, preferably in the IT area
25. Excellent knowledge of category management and sales principles
26. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and analyze performance, optimize plans, make quick decisions and measure impact to the business. Analysis of details where necessary
27. Team player with strong communication, inter-cultural and presentational skills
28. Skilled in execution and project management
29. Eagerness to learn, drive change and results oriented
30. Business fluent in German and English
31. Proficient in Office
