Boeing Global Services is looking for an experienced Proposal Manager (m/f/d) to join the DAS Revenue Operations Team in Neu-Isenburg, Germany. Position Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the proposal process from receipt of RFP/RFI to final submission. - Coordinate and facilitate proposal kick-off meetings to establish objectives, roles, and responsibilities. - Establish assignments, monitor progress, and facilitate status updates throughout the proposal lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical experts, security, marketing, and contracts, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on proposal content. - Oversee preparation and review sessions to ensure all content is completed accurately and aligned with objectives. - Play a critical role in the implementation of newly acquired RPF response software, content library creation, and process creation effectively rebuilding our approach to RFP response. - Provide guidance and support to team members, helping prioritize tasks, mitigate risks, ensure accuracy, and adherence to client specifications and internal standards. - Ensure overall proposal quality by reviewing final content for compliance with RFP requirements before submission. - Format all proposals according to client specifications and ensure all submission requirements are completed. - Contribute to ongoing proposal best practices by identifying and participating in projects that enhance proposal efficiency and quality. This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in proposal management or a related role, preferably in software and/or aviation industries. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - APMP and/or PMP certifications are desirable. - Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing environment with ability to work across global time zones. - Proven experience in demonstrating exceptional flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments, effectively collaborating with large, dispersed global cross-functional teams across various time zones. - English in writing and speaking Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - Advanced Degree/Education/Certification in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field - 8-10 years of experience in proposal management role, preferably in software and/or aviation industries. - APMP and/or PMP certifications. - Shipley proposal training/experience.
