RESPONSIBILITIES
Be part of a great team where your hands-on approach and desire to leave an impact are truly valued. You will be responsible for sourcing projects of increasing complexity aligned with your professional growth through a structured onboarding process. Your responsibilities include:
1. Advise and assist internal clients throughout the entire process of sourcing and securing external Management Consulting (MC) services, from project scoping to final contract negotiation.
2. Independently negotiate and manage terms and conditions.
3. Continuously enhance the operational procurement and procedures and ensure audit-proof process documentation.
4. Conduct comprehensive analyses of individual bids, evaluating if the bid aligns with the content requirements and optimizing the commercial offer(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally, you bring the following experiences and competencies to the team:
5. Bachelor's degree in the fields of economics, business or science
6. professional experience (2-4 years) in procurement of professional services or management consulting
7. expertise in project management, consulting practices and approaches and/or purchasing methods
8. profound knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP/R3 COBALT and SAP Business Warehouse (BW) are a plus
9. excellent communication skills in English and basic skills in German
10. analytical mindset and the ability to condense insights into key messages
11. result-oriented, open-minded, inclusive and reliable self-driven team player
