Critical to delivering this is the German Dealer Direct strategy. Within this strategy is the German Marketing Manager, a role which is the crucial link between Mondraker and the Germany media, public and dealer base. As a member of the Global Marketing Team this position will encompass the execution of all Marketing activities including events, social media, print, online, dealer communication and liaising with sponsored athletes. The successful candidate will have a close working relationship with the German Sales Team as well as being a key member of the Global Marketing Team and having a passion for mountain biking. This is a home office position. The role: - Working within one of the most dynamic and exciting marketing teams in the industry. - Conceive, plan and deliver German specific marketing activities. - Manage Mondrakers presence at Germany events and exhibitions. - Build strong relationships with key German media. - Represent Mondraker at events, shows and dealer demos. - Manage, maintain and oversee the german fleet of demo bikes. - Manage german social media channels. - Ride bikes, lots. Requirements Proven track record of marketing within the mountain bike sector. Dynamic forward thinker. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience with dealers. Superb organisational and time management skills. An exceptional technical knowledge of bicycles. Knowledge of local athletes and ambassadors. Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required. A genuine love for mountain biking. Prepared to travel extensively with nights away from home when required.
