Your mission
As part of our company's growth, we are creating this new position. As a Sales Manager, you will be positioned in the Sales department, working independently to build this area. You will receive support from the responsible managing director.
Your main tasks include:
* Customer Acquisition : You identify and acquire customers for our newly developed cloud platform.
* Customer Consultation : You advise potential customers on our solutions and demonstrate how our platform can optimize their processes.
* Sales : You develop and implement sales strategies to increase the adoption of our cloud platform.
* Continuous Improvement : You gather and organize information about customer needs and market trends to continuously improve our offerings.
* Communication : You work closely with our product development team and the marketing department to communicate customer feedback and market requirements.
* Training : You assist in training customers and internal teams on how to use our platform and its new functionalities.
Your profile
* Completed studies in business, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in selling cloud services or software products.
* Experience in building a sales infrastructure.
* Basic technical understanding of data modeling, digitalization, and the use of AI.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex technical matters clearly.
* Independent working style and a high level of initiative.
* Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
* You are fluent in both German and English.
