We are looking for a Senior Commercial Controller (gn), preference for Germany but other EU countries considered (hybrid), to join our Finance team as soon as possible. Your mission You act as the primary point of contact and strategic finance partner for the B2B sales leadership and operational teams You prepare, analyze, and interpret financial and business data from our various B2B sales channels (e.g., retailers, fitness studios, Amazon) to derive insights and recommendations that support business decision-makingYou define new ways of working based on industry best practices to drive growth, profitability, and excellent consumer experiences through our B2B distribution platform You lead initiatives to improve commercial terms, profitability, efficiency, and competitiveness, including automating (financial) processes and introducing or refining performance metrics You manage the monthly financial closing and reporting for B2B channels, regularly prepare forecasts, and collaborate closely with the relevant departments on the annual budget You work in a fast-growing business that is expanding internationally and set up financial processes to steer and guide the B2B channel for long-term success You foster close collaboration and communication with the finance management team, the B2B sales leadership, and other departments Your Experience & Skills You hold a degree in business administration, economics, or a related field You bring over 5 years of financial controllership and business partnering experience in sales, marketing, or customer planning in FMCG, preferably in the grocery and drug channels You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication and presentation abilities, enabling you to present complex topics in a clear and comprehensible manner You are a finance specialist but also a generalist with a quick grasp of new concepts, decision-making strength, a strong “hands-on” mentality, and a solution-oriented and proactive work style. You enjoy collaborating with sales teams to align strategies with sales objectives You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and ideally have experience using an ERP system (preferably SAP) You speak English fluently; German is preferred but not necessary Why choose us?
