We are seeking a talented Deal Desk Analyst to join our team and support the North America Digital Marketing Sales force. In this role, you will work closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders to structure profitable and compliant transactions that align with both our company’s revenue objectives and customer needs. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating deal closures, managing deal approvals, and ensuring adherence to compliance and policy standards. What You’ll Do: Deal Structuring: Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and structure transactions that meet company requirements and deliver value to customers. Approval Management: Act as the first line of approval in the deal process, maintaining a fiduciary approach to ensure compliance and profitability. Stakeholder Communication: Draft and certify customer contracts, communicate deal value through documented business cases, and engage with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Sales Operations, Finance, Revenue Assurance, and more. Process Management: Oversee the day-to-day deal approval process, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures. Compliance Assurance: Ensure all transactions adhere to internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines. Performance Monitoring: Prepare in-quarter deal status updates and communicate effectively with management. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate current processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. What You’ll Bring: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk roles. Expertise in drafting and analyzing binding sales agreements. Strong understanding of software revenue recognition accounting, including SOP 97-2 and related standards. Experience with multi-element contracts, including subscriptions, licenses, services, and support. Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders. Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
