Key Responsibilities:
* Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached.
* Manage communications and project timelines.
* Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager for BCM or Resilience topics
* Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within the BCM or Resilience topics
* Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the assigned tasks
* Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Services, including internal knowledge sharing and team events.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:
* University degree or equivalent experience
* Experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery Planning, Operational Risk Management or Resilience program implementation.
* Knowledge of insurance industry, financial services or consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques is mandatory.
* Relevant experience in project management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and implementation is desired.
* Experience with internal or external clients (consulting) is desired.
* Great communication skills to communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels in a very international set up and excellent command in English to prepare and deliver presentations and reports (other languages are a plus).
* Solving problems mindset and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking
* PowerPoint and Excel skills (can perform complex functions) are required and experience in other tools is preferred.
