Your mission As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), your mission is to drive user acquisition and engagement of Bliq for passengers. You will leverage data-driven strategies to develop converting mobile marketing campaigns, increase ROI, and contribute significantly to our growth objectives. Responsibilities: The Bliq consumer app has already achieved a successful launch, garnering a strong base of over 100,000 early adopters. Your role is pivotal in advancing it to the next level. Your responsibilities will include: Develop, implement, and manage mobile performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok, etc.) to drive app installs and user engagement. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and target audience insights. Collaborate with the product and analytics teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of campaigns. Utilize A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives and user funnels. Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and user acquisition. Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to improve app visibility and conversion rates. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app marketing and performance advertising. We are seeking candidates with: Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role in a startup environment, for a mobile app, preferably in the mobility industry. Strong understanding of performance marketing channels, tools, and platforms. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Amplitude, or similar. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
