We are looking for you as a Marketing Manager to join our team in one of our offices or remotely.

What you will contribute:
9. Develop and execute a marketing strategy and plan based on our overall business strategy, covering the entire funnel from awareness creation to conversion.
10. Manage our CRM program, ensuring it effectively supports our marketing efforts.
11. Collaborate with internal teams (content creation, development, consultants) to implement your marketing plans.
12. Provide strategic and operational marketing support to internal teams and contribute to client projects as needed.
13. Stay updated on current trends in the digital market and proactively propose innovative ideas and innovations.
14. “Building and managing” or “refining and managing” our CRM program.
What you have to bring:
15. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a professional services setting.
16. A good university degree in marketing, business administration, communication sciences, or a comparable field.
17. Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
18. Strong knowledge of CRM, digital strategy, and content marketing with hands-on experience with relevant tools.
19. A good understanding of artificial intelligence and its use cases in digital marketing.
20. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
21. Hands-on, solution-oriented approach to improving processes and strategies.
22. Excellent communication skills in both German and English (C1-C2). French or Spanish is a plus.
23. Practical experience with growth hacking, for example, in the context of start-ups, would also be welcome.
