Responsibilities 1) Financial Planning & Analysis Develop and maintain controlling tools and financial processes. Conduct regular reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions. 2) Business Partnering Act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams. Support data-driven decision-making. 3) Process Improvement Improve financial processes for better efficiency and accuracy. Implement innovative controlling solutions for business growth. 4) Reporting & Compliance Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications Professional Experience Minimum 4 years in controlling, ideally in a senior or leadership role. Technical Skills SQL & Power BI: Must-have for data analysis & reporting. Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Strong analytical skills with a structured working style. Languages German: Fluent (Minimum C1 level mandatory ). English: Preferred but not mandatory. Education University degree preferred, but not required if the candidate has significant relevant experience. Stable career history – No frequent job changes. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in the IT & Communication Technology industry. Familiarity with medium-sized enterprises (Mittelstand). Understanding of financial analysis in Sales & Marketing.
