This role is pivotal in developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at engaging and selling to large brands and retailers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field and account-based marketing within the retail technology sector. We are looking for someone proficient in modern B2B marketing tools, and a creative and curious mindset - ready to experiment with the latest AI tools and technologies.

Tasks
* Account-Based Marketing Strategy: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns including webinars, whitepapers, Linkedin posts, email campaigns and more for key accounts in the large retail sector, integrating closely with sales strategies.
* Content Creation and Thought Leadership: Craft compelling SEO optimized content tailored to large retailers, underscoring the advantages of refives solution and establishing us as thought leaders in the area of retail customer engagement.
* Field Marketing Leadership: Spearhead field marketing activities, such as events, trade shows, and in-person retailer engagements, to build strong client relationships.
* Collaboration with Sales Teams: Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, fostering a unified approach to acquiring and engaging major retail accounts.
* Market Insight and Strategy Adjustment: Continuously analyze retail trends, adapting marketing strategies to remain impactful and relevant.
* Campaign Performance Monitoring: Utilize HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to track and analyze campaign effectiveness, refining strategies based on data insights.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on field and account-based marketing in the B2B SaaS sector, retail / marketing tech experience is a plus
* Innovative and strategic mindset, capable of creating marketing strategies that resonate with large retail clients.
* Strong analytical ability, with a focus on data-driven marketing decision-making.
* In-depth understanding of the retail technology landscape, including trends and challenges.
* Proficiency in modern B2B marketing tools, especially HubSpot
* Experience using generative AI to scale content creation and optimize marketing activities
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
* Experience in a SaaS company, particularly within the retail technology industry, is highly valued.
* German language skills would be a huge bonus!
