Reporting to our Senior Director Quality, you as Quality Manager (f/m/d) will be responsible for all quality aspects at our Lampertheim plant site. Scope of ownership responsibilities include team management, quality systems management, manufacturing quality oversight, supplier quality management, customer complaint resolution, new product introduction (NPI) oversight and change management process.
About the position
1. Leads the Quality Management System and Quality organization
2. Represents the Voice of the Customer and manages the Customer Requirements Process, including customer complaint management
3. Leads the Supplier Development Process including auditing, selection, monitoring and complaint management.
4. Actively supports the New Product Development Process
5. Leads the Change Management process
6. Provides technical leadership for execution of Quality Tools, including but not limited to; APQP, PPAP, CP, SPC, MSA, FMEA’s and statistical data analysis
7. Lead continuous quality improvement according to defined quality indicators together with other support functions (Engineering/Operations)
8. Works with Operations, Engineering and other functional groups to manage internal quality and yield issues.
9. Works with the leadership team to advance and advocate customer expectations and a continuous improvement culture
10. Actively supports the Semiconductor Business Unit Global Quality initiatives
About you
11. Completed technical or scientific university studies
12. At least 7 years of professional quality management experience
13. Complete working knowledge of common quality tools (PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA and APQP and Statistics)
14. Experience working with international and industrial quality standards within the semiconductor industry
15. Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
16. Certified ISO9001, IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 auditor preferred
17. Fluent in English and German
