Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoots and solves equipment problems and scrap issues
2. Stocks materials for daily change-overs, and delivers molds to mold control
3. Completes maintenance work orders
4. Documents mold change
5. Validates pre-production requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Technical Training, equivalent degree or several years of professional experience in the field of injection molding
High level of commitment and flexibility
Willingness and ability to work shifts
Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
