RESPONSIBILITIES: Global development, optimization, and harmonization of sales processes Standardization of digital sales tools (e.g., CRM frameworks) Active Participation in global projects (such as sales initiatives aligned with corporate objectives) and monitoring of implementation Support of process and system changes, including communication, training, and reporting Co-design of the order-winning process, including implementation and digitization Identifying opportunities for improvement and automation Reporting to the CSO and close collaboration with global sales teams and various internal stakeholders REQUIREMENTS: Successfully completed Master’s degree with a focus on Sales or Business Administration, or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in sales, ideally including consulting Strong expertise in sales processes and their system-based handling in CRM and ERP (SAP) Proficient in English Willingness to travel (up to 10%) Strong problem-solving skills, execution capability, high self-motivation, self-management, and networking skills In return, we offer you exciting and challenging responsibilities, diverse perspectives with a high degree of individual freedom and a corporate culture that encourages you to use it.
