Role Summary
With a focus on MidMarket Accounts, you will be the Sophos Sales Support representative within the MidMarket Team. You will be responsible for several tasks determined by your Teamlead to develop and maintain Sophos business and meet / exceed sales targets.
What You Will Do:
1. Available to our sales team as a support to help with various tasks in the daily business
2. Provide support for existing customers
3. Support with prospecting in New Logo Tools 6Sense
4. Identify hot, warm and cold leads
5. Identify contact persons via Linkedin, XING, Google
6. Keeping prospect lists with all relevant data for Sales Representatives
7. Responsible for creating offers as well as processing and forwarding customer enquiries
8. Work on Sophos generated Leads & Opportunities meeting internal SLAs
9. Work closely with channel partners in order to work on their opportunites and requests and expand their customer base
10. Generating customer appointments for TAEs
11. Booking of SE Health Checks for TAEs & SEsParticipation at internal education and training programs
12. Regularely interact with internal Teams
13. Data management in our CRM system (Salesforce)
14. Participation at internal education and training programs
What You Will Bring:
15. Fluent in German & English verbal and written
16. Enrolled student preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Marketing
17. Experience/internships in retail, customer service, sales
18. Communication and organisational skills
19. Strong structured working method
20. Strong communication skills – verbal and written
21. Strong skills in flexibility, proactivity and self-motivation approach
