You will be responsible for the product optimising vendor performance and growth, and ensuring operational excellence during order fulfillment. If you're passionate about building world-class platforms and driving innovation, an exciting role in an international, dynamic, and fast-paced workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin Vision and Roadmap: Define and articulate the long-term vision for our vendor monitor product, aligning with the overall business objectives, developing and executing a comprehensive roadmap, and prioritizing initiatives based on strategic impact and technical feasibility. User Experience: Own the end-to-end user experience for our vendor partners and Identify and address inconsistencies and pain points across different platforms and devices, collaborating with design and UX teams Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product designers, software developers, product analytics, and business teams to define and specify features for product development that improve our vendor's operational metrics, f acilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to measure performance and user behavior and u se data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features Stakeholder Engagement: Manage expectations of stakeholders across 40 markets, gathering feedback on local needs, while maintaining transparency on progress and priorities. User Research: Conduct user research by speaking directly with restaurant owners and staff to understand their pain points and user needs
