For our client CABAIA we are looking for a HEAD OF SALES based in Munich or Dusseldorf. This dynamic and fast-growing accessories brand from France impresses with a perfect mix between functionality and style. For growing their b2b business in the DACH region and build up a strong team, we are looking for a top accessories’ expert Head of Sales (m/f /d) full-time (40h) Your core tasks include the following activities: • You are responsible to implement a DACH b2b strategy and be responsible to direct team members and agencies • You are the head of our distribution GmbH, and you will be responsible for P&L, Budgets and Controlling as well as Reorder business and sell through push • Handle existing customer and build up new clients and important key players • Key account management and follow up a top to down strategy • Train our team, customers and take the lead as our main DACH Brand Ambassador You should meet the following requirements: • University degree in fashion, lifestyle or sports management or business management • At least 3-5 years of sales and leadership experience in the accessories and leather goods • Great leadership skills and build up mentality • Hands-on mentality and organizational talent are mandatory to create a successful story • Negotiable in German and English, French is a plus If you have an open personality, are helpful and charming with team members and customers, and enjoy working in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, then don't wait any longer and apply – we're already looking forward to meeting you
